While my wife was at the hair salon during the morning, I was at home getting on with a variety of tasks. In addition to food shopping and doing the usual household chores, I also had to do some translating bits for a friend. The afternoon was mainly spent inside and out of the heat, gaming with my wife and friends, or else working on a couple of video projects.
One other interesting point to note, is that one of the tokusatsu heroes I made was on TV. There is a group who sent videos of heroes giving messages of support for children in these troubled times, and my hero got to be part of them. Not how I imagined a TV debut, but it was a real honour, and it felt great to helping out with a cause.
